The Sweet Spot
We have officially hit the sweet spot! All factors are perfect for home buying and selling. The playing field is perfectly aligned and you are the quarterback (with me as your atrophied Coach) are ready for the home touchdown!
Here are the facts: 
  • Interest rates dropped back down this month? It wasn't in the news but we are back down in the mid-4's again! Never in modern history has it been better to finance a home. 
  • The crazy bull market of 2 years ago has stabilized (happen about Oct-Nov 2018). As a buyer you now have a chance! You may still get into some multiple-counters on the most coveted homes but now at least it's not 20-30 other competitors with pricing going 100's of 1000's over asking. 
  • The economy is good. Lender's are still hot to get your $ so entry into the market is possible for the first-time buyers. Also, there is a lot of selection in loan products for any lifestyle.
  • Spring is upon us..that means inventory is going to be at it's highest in the months to come.
